Tomorrow the town of Truckee will be holding its annual 4th of July Parade from 10am-12:30pm as well as the Firecracker Mile Run from 9:40am-10:30am and will be providing a free shuttle from 8am – 1:30pm. Click here for more information.

Truckee 4th of July Fireworks
Donner Lake is the perfect viewing spot for the West End Beach July 4th celebration in Truckee.If you want to be at West End, purchase tickets from Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District. www.tdrpd.com or (530) 582-7720.
Tahoe City Fireworks
Commons Beach in downtown Tahoe City is the location for a big July 4th celebration. Arrive early to picnic, meet friends and neighbors and stay for the spectacular fireworks. Call (530) 581-6900 for info.
Kings Beach Fireworks
The Kings Beach fireworks and deck party is held on July 3 at the North Tahoe Event Center. For information call (530) 546-9000.
Incline Village Fireworks
Viewing is easy from any of the beaches as the barge is usually off Incline Beach. Pick your favorite spot and spend the day with family, friends or neighbors and then stay for the most spectacular fireworks sponsored by the Red, White and Tahoe Blue committee. It is one of the favorites on the lake. For more info, call (775) 298-1010.
Don’t forget to help be apart of the clean up if you are spending the day out on the lake.
Keep Tahoe Red, White and Blue is a multi-beach clean up throughout Lake Tahoe on Thursday, July 5th to remove litter left on the beaches from the day’s prior festivities. You can RSVP here. Clean up starts at 8:30am – 12pm. Cleaning materials will be provided along with refreshments and raffle prizes. For questions: email events@keeptahoeblue.org.
