Working with Krista was great, but this escrow was difficult.  First, we were halfhearted about the sale and she listened carefully and helped guide us through the inner process of selling a home. Then, in the dead of winter a buyer came, and like us he was all over the place, and just as indecisive and erratic. Krista maneuvered all really well, we made the sale, she is a real professional, and I recommend her services anytime.
